Caledonia Wine Cottage

Many paranormal experiences have been reported here since the place was renovated in 2006. Witnesses have heard a friendly elderly voice saying hello and there have been reports of toddler-aged children waving at someone the adult can't see or playing with another child named Erica that doesn't seem to exist. Footsteps have also been heard here and objects have been known to be thrown or dropped. A Civil War soldier's shadowy figure has also been spotted a number of times. Many paranormal groups have investigated the place as well.
