This mansion dates back to 1883 and is rumored to be haunted by a Christmas ghost. It was built by Edwin Dean for his daughter Lulu and her husband David Glenn. Glenn was a banker who ended up losing most of his fortune and they had to move out of the home in 1915. The property fell into disrepair until it was renovated in the 1970's. The ghost is said to appear when the house is decorated in turn-of-the-century Christmas style. It is said to open or stack Christmas packages, move decorations and make cold spots on the stairs. Distinct footsteps have also been heard walking through the house when no one was there. When investigated, reports say the ghost may be that of a young girl who fell to her death on the staircase.
