This theater is known as "The Pink Lady" and it first opened its doors around 1900 and is said to be haunted by a former manager. Joe Donegan was a manager back in the theater's early days and he was known for bringing some big names to the theater, including the Marx Brothers, Gypsy Rose Lee, Fanny Brice and prizefighters Jack Dempsey and Jack Johnson. The theater underwent renovations in the 1970's and witnesses began to notice an apparition, believed to be Joe Donegan. A woman's apparition has also been spotted wearing a long gown, running toward the stage.
