St. Mary’s Episcopal Church

This church began holding services back in the 1800's and is rumored to be haunted by the spirit of an early rector, Father Henry David Jardine. He was said to be a controversial character while he was alive, leading to some disagreements with church members and officials. He died in 1886, ruled to be a suicide. Witnesses have reported unexplained sounds throughout the building, attributed to Father Jardine.
