The Campus Inn was formerly known as the Bass Country Inn and Howard Johnsons. It is believed to be haunted by a resident ghost named Carl. His apparition has been spotted in the kitchen and in the hallsways. A female spirit is also said to linger here and objects have been known to fall off the shelves when no one is around.

  • It's true, I stayed there

I was a trainee with prime Inc which owns the hotel and boards there students there. I ask one of the housekeeping ladies if what I had read was true and she told me he(Carl) was friendly and liked to play pranks on you such as turning the TV off and on,Or you would see him hiding under the table out of the corner of your eye.btwo nights later I was sitting there watching TV about 10:00-10:30 when all of a sudden every hair on my arm and neck stood straight up,then the TV turned off.as for the lady ghost, she is supposed to be violent and will harm you apparently if you look directly at her when you see her
