The Donaldson House has been demolished for a few years now but when it stood, the 1901 mansion was rumored to be haunted by at least eight different ghosts. The ghosts are said to include one friendly one and eight bad-tempered ones. Witnesses reported a bright floating orb on the second floor, ringing phones, footsteps, and objects thrown by unseen hands.
